Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Managers,
LSA requires that each volunteer complete a Risk Management Disclosure before being allowed to train/manage ANY team. Please note that this disclosure is good for one year (8/1/11 – 7/31/12) and is required to be re-done every year. If this disclosure is not completed and processed in time for the start of season you will not be permitted on the field with your team. These are strict guidelines set forth by the Louisiana Soccer Association and NELSA will be held accountable for any violations of this policy.
