Mail or deliver your completed soccer registration form, a copy of the birth certificate (if this is your child’s first time to play with NELSA), and cash, check or money order to: NELSA, P.O. Box 7476, Monroe, Louisiana 71211 or a check or money order to H. Mickel’s.
Please make sure to read the last page of the registration form as this contains information for evaluation dates, coaches meeting date, season start date, etc.
NELSA Team Sponsor Form
Sponsoring a soccer team is an effective and inexpensive method for a business to obtain advertising while contributing to the development of our soccer program. The Northeast Louisiana Soccer Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so the sponsorships can also be considered as fully tax deductible charitable contributions for those sponsors wishing to donate without advertising.
