Coaches and Parents,
We have the need to reschedule all Oct. 31 Saturday games to Sunday Nov.1st. Below are how games will be rescheduled:
FOR U5 – U6 BOYS AND GIRLS:
All Saturday 9 am games will be played at 1:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
All Saturday 10 am games will be played at 2:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
All Saturday 11 am games will be played at 3:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
All Saturday 12 pm games will be played at 4:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
FOR U7 – U13 BOYS AND GIRLS:
All Saturday 9 am games will be played at 1:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
All Saturday 10:30 am games will be played at 2:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
All Saturday 12 pm games will be played at 3:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
All Saturday 1:30 pm games will be played at 4:30 pm Sunday on same fields as indicated on schedule
We will shorten the playing time of all U7-U13 games in order to maintain a one hour game time. For instance, if you normally play a 25 minute half you will need to shorten it to 20 minutes. Please make sure to start your games on time. Additionally, because of the change NELSA cannot guarantee the presence of referees on the U9 – U13 Boys and Girls games. We ask for everyone’s patience and understanding on this change as we are simply trying to get as many games in as we can without having to lengthen the season as it has already been lengthened out by two additional weekends already. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE GAMES TAKE PRIORITY OVER ANY SCHEDULED MAKE-UP GAMES FOR SUNDAY. If you had scheduled a make-up game for Sunday, please reschedule it for a different time.
COACHES – PLEASE GET WITH YOUR OPPOSING COACH AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE GAME ON SUNDAY. We don’t want teams to get out there and find they have no one to play against. If you need to locate a number for the coach please contact your league rep. FOR GAMES REQUIRING REFEREES – PLEASE EMAIL NELSA at www.nelsa.org WITH ANY CANCELLATIONS SO THEY MAY NOTIFY THE REFEREE (if any are) SCHEDULED.
